Bubbles From The Basement

This week's wine features Albino Armani’s 'Bubbles From The Basement'. 

Our take on this wine is beachy! This wine was full of grounding and juicy fruit flavors. It smelled of grapefruit and was a great pour with fuzzy bubbles. Evening beach walk called for these Italian bubbles! We served this wine chilled with lots of waves.

The Basics: Italian Sparkling/Pet Nat

The Color: Pale Yellow

Alcohol %: 12.5%

The Grapes: Chardonnay & Müller-Thurgau  

The Taste: Dry & Spritzy

The Notes: Apricot, Minerals, Grapefruit, White Flowers
