This week's wine features Carboniste's 'Bulles D'Orange Extra Brut'. 

Our take on this wine is absolutely nectarous! This wine is newer from Carboniste and also takes an extra year to make. This was honestly the best wine I have tasted in a while where I wanted to run out and grab another bottle asap. This wine is truly a gem. It has the perfect amount of fizz with a light scent that brushes your nose immediately. It smelled of lightly sweet candy and is the perfect sparkling orange wine for Spring/Summer.
