Domaine Saint Cyr

This week's wine features Domaine Saint Cyr and The Paris Wine Company's 'Pet-Nat Rosé'. 

Our take on this wine is creamy and ripe! Especially with it being among the top 2% of all wines in the world, this wine was magnificent.  It smelled of fresh melons and gave us champagne vibes. The pour was heavy with a fizz. The perfect creamy and fruity drink for a celebration of any kind. We served this wine chilled to perfection.

Alcohol %: 11%

The Grapes: Gamay

The Taste: Fresh, Fruity, and Dry

The Notes: Strawberries, Raspberries, Melon, Apple
