This week's wine features Fio’s 'Glou Glou'.
Literally, an Orange wine. All the way from Germany, Glou Glou has so many miraculous flavors. At first sip, you taste the smoky, clementine flavors, and slowly go into a flower forward essence. Would it be wrong to say this reminds us of perfume? Every sequence of notes combines a great blend of colors to your palate. A zesty addition to your fridge and an orange wine you can trust. We served this wine chilled on a warm, breezy night under the moon.
