This week's wine features Field Recording’s 'TANG'.
Our take on this wine is f u n k y! This wine was so light but was similar to a kombucha. It smelled of earthy vibes and citrus fruits. The pour was fizzy and delicate for a piquette. This is the perfect appetizer wine. We served this wine chilled on a warm Summer night. ✨
The Basics: Sparkling Californian Piquette Wine
The Color: Dusty Melon
Alcohol %: 7.1%
The Grapes: Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling
The Taste: Light and refreshing
The Notes: Clementines, White Tea, and Citrus
Saucemeup Pairing: Shrimp & cream pasta, golden honeydew melon - a great appetizer wine!
