Occhipinti "SP68" Bianco

This week's wine features Arianna Occhipinti's 2022 'SP68 Bianco'. 

One of our favorite woman wine makers has done it again. This wine forms flavors of orange blossom, grapefruit, and ginger on the palate in the best way. The immediate scent you receive is so full of flowers and pungent floral smells that you can taste it before the first sip. Every taste is long lasting urging you to drink each glass slowly. The best part about this wine is that it changes as you deepen into the bottle (that's what makes it great). We served this chilled to temp alongside a perfect Fall night breeze.
