Heading out for a night of fun with friends? Hydrating is crucial for preparation. While drinking water is something embedded in us, other prep items can be overlooked when thinking of going out. By taking these early steps before a night on the town or drinks with the girls, you can ensure a great night out with no hangover. 

 

1. Start Early

Don't wait until you're already out to start hydrating. Begin your day with a big glass of water and continue to sip on water throughout the day to stay hydrated before the night begins. You can also make this a group effort and prepare with one another throughout the day to hold eachother accountable. Water is always the peak choice for hydration, but we always recommend a beverage switch up. Would we even be human without our multiple drink choices on standby? Choose beverages like coconut water, herbal teas, or infused water to keep you hydrated without the added sugars and caffeine found in other drinks.

Yes, yes, yes, we know the night has came and went, but ending with water is the most important piece. Before heading to bed, make sure to drink a glass of water to rehydrate your body after a night of fun. You can even prep a water bottle on your nightstand prior to going out to make it easy on yourself. This will help prevent a hangover and keep you feeling refreshed in the morning.
