We all know the mantra ‘New Year, New Me’. Over time, the saying has become just that – a saying. We end up not changing habits or continuing elevating ourselves in what our goals are for the new year. But we can change that.

 

Dopamine is the chemical released into your brain when you feel happy. Listening to music increases this chemical and overall will reduce stress and improve moods. In turn, when we feel good, we accomplish more. We listen to music when we shower, workout, clean, cook, and even when we socialize. So why not use it to jumpstart our days?
