A 2018 Mondeuse
Share
This week's wine features Forlorn Hope’s 'C/Ghost Mondeuse Estate'.
Our take on this wine is deep rooted red intensity! This red wine smelled of mint and was engulfed with deep, red, tangy fruits. Despite the punch of aroma, the taste was light in body yet filled each tastebud. We got to have this wine for the first time at a wine tasting with Forlorn Hope in attendance and the vibes were immaculate! We were served this wine at room temp and made sure to take one home for the night!
The Basics: Red Wine
The Color: Deep Ruby
Alcohol %: 12.63%
The Grapes: Mondeuse
The Taste: Dry & Robust
The Notes: Dark fruits, Minerals, Acidic, Black licorice
Saucemeup Pairing: A night in with the Twilight Series 🍷
Be sure to try this wine and tell us what you think below. Stay tuned for the new Sparkling Rosé of Mondeuse we can’t wait to try 😉
Stay Saucy,
