Carboniste Sea Urchin

This week's wine features Carboniste's 'Rosé Extra Brut'.
Our take on this wine is THE Rosé of Fall! This rosé had flavors of strawberries and guava. The bubbles in this wine were truly iridescent and a perfect fizz at first pour. This rosé comes in at a 6% overall wine in the world and every glass proved so. Light and crisp, the squeezed pinot noir and chardonnay mix of grapes did one of its best here. We served this wine chilled to temp.
