Ercole’s Pét Nat

This week's wine features Ercole’s 'Pét Nat'. 

Our take on this wine is simply effervescent! This Pét Nat was a perfect mix of strong red fruit flavors. It smelled of tart cranberry and tasted of sweet/dry fresh strawberries. This came in at a whopping top 8% of wine in the Piemonte region of Italy. We served this wine chilled on a perfect August night and you should too.
