This week's wine features Wonderwerk's 'Free Your Mind Lite'. 

Wow. If you're looking for a great piquette(ish) wine then this is your one. Our take on this wine is tart yet alive. The mix of fermenting flavors gave this wine an easy balanced funk, blending better than any normal piquette. The bursting red fruit flavors of cherries and cranberries lasted from start to finish each sip. The bubbles were iridescent and had the perfect pop. A great sundown or win(e)d down starts with this pour! We served this wine chilled.

The Grapes: Piquette of Carignan and Riesling, Heirloom Hibiscus Tea, Riesling, Montepulciano, Ume (Japanese Plum)
