This week's wine features Stirm’s 'Los Chuchaquis Ancestral Albariño'. 

Our take on this wine is a m a z i n g! This wine brought in citrus, bubbles, and zest. It smelled of grapefruit and was very fizzy to taste. This comes in at a whopping 2% in the world and did not disappoint. This was a great all around citrus nnotes worth every drop. We served this wine chilled while vining to good music.
