Love,Wine: Daytime Bubbles

When heading into the weekend, Saucemeup is always looking for a way to add new wines to our list. This weekend was warm, sunny, and deserved a complimenting taste to go with it. Luckily, we found a tasty, light wine: Acqua Pazza Sparkling Rosé by Field Recordings.

At first pour, this cloudy pink fizz of desire gives off the deep aromas of vanilla, cranberry, and a slight acidity. This creates a smooth transition into the actual taste of the wine. While this wine is light, it packs a great burst of flavor on the first sip. Essences of grapefruit, citrus, and strawberries, consume your tastebuds giving you a taste of water, fruit, and sunshine. No wonder they call this their “Crazy Water”.

While we’ve had a couple of wines from Field Recordings, they never cease to disappoint with the immense flavors and variety of wines. This Rosé was soft, gentle, and had a leveled taste all the way through. As you sip glass after glass and work your way through the bottle, the flavor gets even more intense. Due to how this wine’s grapes are fermented, you get the remnants of sediment at the end that really ties to the fullness of what this wine is.

On your next wine shopping list add Acqua Pazza to your cart. We’re sure it won’t disappoint!
