Marmalade

Marmalade

This week's wine features Breaking Bread’s 'Marmalade'

Another one! Breaking bread continues to amaze us with this 100% neutral French oak barrel fermented wine. The blending of three grapes gives you the perfect complexity but an easy, bright flavor. At first taste, it was like a burst of sunshine on our tongue. The citrus notes in this wine mixed with floral combinations are out of this world. This wine reminds us of a mimosa on vacation. We served this wine slightly chilled and enjoyed every moment!

The Basics: Orange Wine

The Color: Orange Lemonade

Alcohol %: 12.9%

The Grapes: Muscat Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc

The Taste: Acidic & Dry

The Notes: Oranges, Apricots, Honeysuckles, Jasmine Flowers

Saucemeup Pairing: Spicy umami shrimp tacos with a yuzu slaw and mango salsa with homemade salted tortilla chips

Be sure to try this wine and tell us what you think below.

Stay Saucy,

Saucemeup
