Monte

This week's wine features Field Recording’s 'Monte'. 

Our take on this wine is all bubbly! Apart of their recent bubbles collection, Monte was a sparkle to our day.  It smelled of fresh apples and has been one of our fave pet nats this season. The pour was very fizzy and knowing this Edna Valley grape was so exclusive made it even better. The perfect bubbles for when you need that extra nudge of a good time. We served this wine chilled on a bright but rainy day.

The Basics: Pet-Nat Chardonnay

The Color: Sparkly Pale Yellow

Alcohol %: 11.9%

The Grapes: Chardonnay

The Taste: Dry & Fruity

The Notes: Granny Smith Apples, Lemons, Asian Pears
