Munjebel

This week's wine features Frank Cornelissen's 'Munjebel'.
Slight skin contact on the grapes, then a cold age: we absolutely adored this wine. This wine was perfectly balanced throughout the entire bottle. Tons of yellow fruit, ginger, and citrus flavors blended well with nice minerality. Every sip sits on the palate just long enough until your next. Peach, vanilla, and earthy tones. This farm's wines are always a special treat. Serve this wine chilled and potentially within time for more aging.
