This week's wine features Osmote’s 'This is Red Pet Nat'.
Our take on this wine is fresh and bubbly especially with it being among the top 6% of all wines in the world. This wine smelled of fresh berry jam and instantly reminded us of a Lambrusco. The pour gave a slight fizz but tasted way more sparkling which was a great surprise. The perfect red soda for Summer. We served this wine chilled.
