Super Gnario

This week's wine features Field Recording's 'Super Gnario'. 

Our take on this wine screams confidence. This wine was a stronger red with a smell of raspberries and cherries. The bottle gave such nostalgia of old Nintendo vibes! At first whiff, we immediately thought of red meats and robust flavoring and after the first sip it was confirmed. As you continue to drink the wine by glass it began to taste like a strong grape juice towards the end. We served ours slightly chilled.

The Grapes: Nebbiolo and Barbera 

The Taste: Bold and Dry

The Notes: Cherries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Dry Herbs
