This week's wine features Podere Pradarolo's 'Vej: Bianco Antico'. 

I don't know which part was better: Finding this extraordinary wine or finding out they have a farmstay in Italy. Doesn't get better than that! The intensity you get from smell to taste with this wine is super deep. A perfume scent on the nose and a floral, citrus taste on the tongue. Notes of bergamot, mandarin, lychee, and raisins lead the perfect sip. Left on the skin for 90 days with a special grape.. this wine is perfection. Serve this wine chilled and it will quickly become your favorite.
