This week's wine features Podere Pradarolo's 'ex Alba'. 

A 45 day oak barrel, skin contact, orange wine, that really pulls you in. White fruits on the nose that smell like a perfume combined with honey, ginger and orange on your tongue. The oak barrel aging gives the slight oak and vanilla taste but it's perfectly balanced with the fruit flavors that give you a dry but sweeter wine. Every sip is like every stroke of paint on a van Gogh. This farm's wines are always meaningful. Served this wine chilled amongst friends.
